FOCAL POINT: Providing Culturally Competent Care in Global and Local Communities

Wednesday, October 1, 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Micro and Nanotechnologies Laboratory (MNTL) Seminar Room 1000

Faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students, as well as community leaders and members are invited to the second interactive discussion event for a year-long Focal Point project on health disparities. This discussion on providing culturally competent health care will be lead by Dr. Fernando Díaz-Barriga Martinez, Coordinator of the Applied Research Center on Environmental Health at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
